Funky Ferments 2021-Present
Fermented Food is the way. It offers a way of not only preserving food but optimising it. It is part of the majority of our current projects and of course, is vital to our microbial public dinners. It is a major element within the Islands of the Day Before Project and is a communication strategy when we tour and give workshops. This is just a bunch of random documentation from the last 2 years of fermentation projects and experiments.
I will write a more eloquent and academic text one day soon, but for now please just enjoy the archive, as I said, this is just from the last 2 years.
