After a spectacular last dinner, celebrating two birthdays with four types of meat, today is Jan’s last day at Cultivamos Culturas. After two productive weeks, one in Linz/Leonding and one here at the residency, Jan leaves for the annual 3er-Hof meeting where he’ll discuss integrating our project into their summer farming plans. He leaves us with the kits in good shape, let’s see how they go!
